AIVO ASIA provides AI-powered chatbot and automation services through various third-party messaging platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Zalo, LINE, Telegram, and other messaging platforms (collectively, the “Messaging Platforms”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and protect your information when you interact with our chatbot services through these Messaging Platforms.

By interacting with our chatbot services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

When you communicate with our chatbot through Messaging Platforms, we may collect:

Depending on the platform, this may include:

  • User ID (e.g., PSID, WhatsApp ID, Zalo ID, LINE ID)

  • Any other information made available by the platform according to its policies

  • Messages you send to the chatbot

  • Images, documents, audio, or other files

  • Responses to prompts, forms, or automated workflows

c) Technical & Usage Information

  • Timestamps of interactions

  • Device or platform metadata (if available)


2. How We Use Your Information

AIVO ASIA is not responsible for the data practices of these platforms.

Data may be deleted upon verified request.


7. Data Deletion & User Rights

You may:

  • Stop interacting with the chatbot at any time

  • Block the chatbot within the Messaging Platform

  • Request access or deletion of your data

  • To request deletion:

    • Subject: Data Deletion Request
      • Please include: Your name ,The messaging platform used, Your messaging account ID (if known)
    • We will process verified requests within 30 days.

8. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.


9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 13 years of age (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.


10. International Data Transfers

As a SaaS provider, data may be processed in countries outside your residence. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure lawful data protection.
