By messaging or using AISE, you confirm that you:

The Service provides AI-generated automated responses via Messaging Apps like (Facebook Messenger, Whatsapp, Zalo etc).
The AI system may generate content that:
Is incomplete
Is inaccurate
May not reflect professional advice
The Service is provided for informational purposes only.
The chatbot does not provide:
Legal advice
Medical advice
Financial advice
Licensed professional services
Users must independently verify important information.
You agree NOT to:
Use the Service for illegal activities
Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or jailbreak the AI system
Upload malicious code or harmful content
Send sensitive personal data (passwords, banking details, government IDs)
Harass, abuse, or spam through the chatbot
We reserve the right to block users who violate these terms.
All chatbot software, AI models, branding, and content systems are owned by AIVO ASIA / AISE.
Users may not copy, resell, or commercially exploit the Service without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
AIVO ASIA / AISE shall not be liable for:
Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated responses
Decisions made based on chatbot output
Service interruptions
Indirect or consequential damages
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We reserve the right to:
Restrict or terminate access
Block users violating these terms
Remove harmful content
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of:
Singapore
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
