Answer every customer enquiry in seconds.

AISE is an inbound AI messaging agent. It replies to customer messages on seven channels, at any hour, in more than 40 languages, and books appointments during the conversation.

On the IMDA Productivity Solutions Grant list since January 2026.
7 channels 40+ languages 5,000 conversations a month

This is the inbound leak.

A customer sees your ad and messages you on WhatsApp at 9pm. Your staff replies at 9.40 the next morning.

In between, that customer asked two or three other companies the same question. One of them replied that night. By the time you got back to them, they had already decided.

What it costs you

You paid for that enquiry twice.

Once to generate it, and again in the sale you lost. The second cost never appears on an invoice, so it can carry on for years without anyone noticing.

Nothing in your accounts is labelled lost because we replied too late. The enquiry simply does not convert, so the campaign gets blamed and the ad budget gets cut.

The gap

Enquiries do not arrive during office hours

Customers message in the evening, at the weekend and on public holidays. If your team starts at 9am, that is more than two thirds of the week with nobody answering.

Speed decides it

The first good answer usually wins the sale

Your pricing, your reviews and your ads matter less than being the first reply in the customer's phone.

The window

Your competitors are closing this gap now

Singapore SME AI adoption went from 4.2% to 14.5% in one year on IMDA's figures, and customer service is the second most automated function.

AISE or Aivobot?

They plug two different leaks. They are priced separately and bought separately. Start with the one that fixes the bigger problem.

Leak two, inbound

Take AISE if enquiries are not being answered quickly enough

A customer messages you at 9pm and your staff replies the next morning. Six apps, six inboxes, and nobody watching all of them.

  • Replies in seconds
  • Works after office hours, weekends and public holidays
  • Handles multiple conversations at the same time
  • Covers seven messaging channels
  • On the IMDA PSG list
  • SGD 7,848 list price, less with the grant
Leak one, outbound

Take Aivobot if leads are not being called quickly enough

Leads sit in a spreadsheet going cold while one person calls down the list, and you are thinking about hiring another caller.

  • Calls your whole list immediately
  • Qualifies prospects during the call
  • Books appointments
  • Answers when prospects call back
  • Transfers qualified prospects to your team
  • Not on the PSG grant list

Common questions about AISE.

Will customers know it is a bot?
Some will. What they notice first is that someone answered at 11pm, and that usually decides whether the conversation continues at all.
We already reply quickly during office hours.
Then the gap is the other 16 hours, plus weekends and public holidays. That is more than two thirds of the week, and enquiries do not arrive on a schedule that matches your roster.
What happens when AISE cannot answer a customer?
It transfers the conversation to your staff with the full conversation history. You decide the rules in advance. Most businesses tell it never to handle complaints, price exceptions or anything about a specific account on its own.
Which messaging channels does AISE cover?
WhatsApp, WeChat, Telegram, Zalo, Facebook Messenger, Tawk.to and live chat on your own website. All of them are answered from one place instead of seven separate inboxes.
Can it handle several customers at the same time?
Yes. AISE replies to multiple customers at the same time instead of putting them in a queue. The licence covers 5,000 conversations a month.
Which product qualifies for the PSG grant?
AISE qualifies. Aivobot does not. IMDA listed AISE under the Productivity Solutions Grant in January 2026. Aivobot is priced separately and is not on the list.
What does AISE cost after the grant?
AISE lists at SGD 7,848 for a 12 month licence. PSG support of 50% brings it to SGD 3,924. If your company has SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit available, that may offset 90% of the balance, bringing your first year cost to SGD 392. Eligibility depends on your company and applications must be approved by IMDA. We help you apply, but approval is not guaranteed.
Can AISE book appointments and update our systems?
AISE can book an appointment during the conversation and update your system. What it can connect to depends on the systems you use, so bring your setup to the demo and we will tell you what is possible.
How does it learn about our business?
From what you already have. Your existing conversations, your price list, your FAQs and the rules your staff already follow. There is no long content project to complete first.
How long does setup take?
Usually two to three weeks. There is no trial phase you have to staff.

Bring a recent WhatsApp conversation to a 20-minute demo, ideally one you replied to late. We will show you what AISE would have sent and when. If it is not suitable for your business, we will tell you.

We reply within one working day, Singapore time.
