Who we are

AIVO Asia Pte. Ltd. is a company incorporated in Singapore, with its registered office at 8 Changi South Lane, #03-01, Singapore 486113. We also operate offices in Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam.

This notice explains what we do with personal data when you use our website, when you contact us, and when your organisation uses Aivobot or AISE.

What we collect

When you fill in the demo form on this site, we collect the name, company, work email, phone number and any notes you choose to give us.

When your organisation uses our products, we process the content of the calls and messages the agent handles on your behalf. Your organisation decides what that content is and how long it is kept.

Needs counsel and engineeringList the actual data categories, including any analytics, cookies, logs, IP addresses and device identifiers this site and the products collect. Do not publish a list until engineering has confirmed it item by item.

Why we process it

To answer your enquiry, to run and prepare a demo, to provide and support the products your organisation has bought, and to meet our legal obligations.

Needs counselState the legal basis for each processing purpose under the PDPA, and under any other regime that applies to Malaysian, Thai and Vietnamese users. Consent, legitimate interests and contractual necessity are not interchangeable and should not be presented as though they are.

Controller and processor

Where your organisation uses our products to handle its own customers' calls and messages, your organisation decides what happens to that data and we act on its instructions.

Needs counselSet out the controller and processor split precisely, and reference the data processing terms in the customer agreement. This is the clause enterprise buyers and their lawyers read first.

We use Microsoft Azure to run the products. Customer deployments run on the customer's own Azure instance.

Needs counsel and engineeringList every sub-processor with its role and location, including model providers, telephony carriers, messaging platform providers, analytics and CRM. An incomplete sub-processor list is a common audit failure.

Where it goes

Calls and messages can be stored in Singapore. We operate in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam, so some processing happens across those markets.

Needs counsel and engineeringConfirm exactly which regions data can rest in and which it transits, and set out the transfer safeguards relied on. Do not publish a residency claim that engineering has not confirmed for every channel.

How long we keep it

Retention for call and message content is configurable and set by the customer organisation. Content is deleted on the schedule that organisation sets.

Needs counselState default retention periods for website enquiries, marketing contacts, support tickets and billing records, with the reason for each period.

Your rights

Under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw consent.

Cookies

This site loads a web font from Google Fonts. Beyond that, it currently sets no analytics or advertising cookies.
