These terms cover use of this website. Use of Aivobot and AISE is governed by the separate written agreement signed between AIVO Asia Pte. Ltd. and the customer organisation.

Buying a product
Prices shown for AISE are for a twelve month licence and are quoted in Singapore dollars. Grant outcomes depend on your company qualifying and on IMDA approving the application, which is not something we control or can promise.

How the AI behaves
Aivobot and AISE generate responses. They can get things wrong. Customers set rules for what the agent must never handle alone and it escalates those to a person.
Needs counselSet out accuracy expectations, the customer's responsibility for configuring escalation rules, and the allocation of risk for an incorrect response. This clause matters more than any other on the page.
Liability
Needs counsel, do not draft in-houseWarranties, exclusions, liability caps and indemnities. This must be written by a Singapore-qualified lawyer against the signed customer agreement.
